 You can book by contacting us directly through our website, social media, or by phone. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. 

We recommend booking at least 7-14 days in advance to ensure availability, but last-minute bookings may be accommodated depending on our schedule. 

Absolutely! We offer theme customization, décor add-ons, and personalized details to make your experience unique. Just let us know your vision! 

 Our luxury picnic experience includes:

• A 2-hour setup with custom décor
   
• Picnic table, plush pillows, and blankets
   
• Glassware, silverware, plates, and napkins
   
• Bluetooth speaker & customized letter board
   
• Candle setting & ambiance lighting
   
• Hand sanitizer & wastebasket
   
• Full setup and cleanup service

We set up at parks, beaches, backyards, and indoor venues. If you have a specific location in mind, let us know, and we’ll see if we can accommodate it! 

Just yourself and your guests! We provide everything else for a seamless and luxurious experience. 

 Yes, our travel fees are as follows:

• Murfreesboro, TN – $20
   
• Surrounding areas (Nashville, Franklin, etc.)—$45 – $45
   
• Locations beyond this range may require additional travel fees.

We closely monitor weather conditions. If there is rain, extreme heat, or strong winds, we offer the following options:

1. Reschedule (subject to availability)
    
2. Indoor Setup (if a suitable indoor location is available)
    
3. Partial Refund if rescheduling is not possible

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a partial refund. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking. 

We offer charcuterie boards, mini sandwiches, fruit platters, desserts, and wine (21+ only). Additional food options may be available upon request. 

Yes! If you prefer to bring your own food and drinks, we offer a setup-only package at a reduced rate. 

We strive to accommodate dietary needs! Let us know in advance if you require vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options. 

Yes! Additional time can be added for an extra fee. Let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to extend your experience. 

Yes! We can accommodate parties of 2 to 10 guests, with special pricing for larger gatherings.
